You are welcome to bring your own boat, rent a boat from a local marina’s or rent Tilton Point Properties’ 1967 13ft Boston Whaler with a 35 horse power Johnson outboard motor.  The property is equipped with a dock that will accommodate a boat from 10ft to 22ft.  There is a public launch site on Salmon lake that connects to McGrath pond through a channel between lakes.

Tilton Point Properties requires 50% down payment with 50% due 1 month prior to start of rental period.

We allow cancellation up to 60 days in advance with full refund.  Cancellation 30 to 60 days prior to start of rental period will receive a 50% refund.  No refund within 30 days of rental periods.

Both houses are equipped with the following

• pots, pans and cookware
• Coffee Pot
• Blender
• Toaster
• Dishes and silverware
• Utensils
• Plus other accommodations
